WEST WARWICK — Troopers arrested Tyler Morgan, age 36, of 122 Waterman Avenue, North Providence, at 12:17 a.m. Friday for domestic violence and drug charges.
Morgan was charged with domestic violence criminal violation of a no contact order first offense, possession of a Schedule I-V controlled substance 10 grams or less (methamphetamine), and obstructing officer in execution of duty.
The arrest resulted from troopers investigating a suspicious motor vehicle on Centerville Road in West Warwick.
Morgan was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight to be presented as a violator.
