NORWICH — A 47-year-old North Norwich man was arrested Aug. 4 on felony burglary and grand larceny charges following an investigation into a garage break-in.
Marc A. Kimble was charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny after allegedly entering a victim’s garage in the town of Plymouth and stealing property valued at more than $1,000.
Members of the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office responded to an address in Plymouth for a reported burglary.
Investigators reviewed camera footage of the reported suspect during their investigation.
Kimble was later located at an address in Norwich and taken into custody without incident.
He was transported to the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office for processing and released on an appearance ticket to appear in Plymouth Town Court at a later date.
