HORSEHEADS — Marina M. Stevens, 32, of Elmira Heights was arrested Aug. 1 for harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation, following a disturbance in the town of Horseheads.
Stevens was arraigned by Horseheads Town Court, an order of protection was issued, and she was released.
Andre J. Campos, 36, of Elmira Heights was arrested Aug. 1 for harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation, following a disturbance in the town of Horseheads.

Daniel L. Hubbard Jr., 45, of Big Flats was arrested Aug. 4 for criminal contempt in the 1st degree, a class E felony, and harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation, following a disturbance in the town of Big Flats.
Hubbard was issued an appearance ticket to appear at Big Flats Town Court at a later date.
Maleyk R. Mundt, 26, of Elmira, was arrested Aug. 4 on an active arrest warrant for failure to appear on charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree, issued by Southport Town Court on May 29.
Mundt was issued an appearance ticket to appear at Big Flats Town Court at a later date.
Joseph W. Loudenslager, 39, of Baldwin was arrested Aug. 5 for unlawful imprisonment in the 2nd degree and criminal mischief in the 4th degree, both class A misdemeanors, following a disturbance in the town of Baldwin.
Loudenslager was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Baldwin Town Court at a later date.
