MANCHESTER — Police have charged 30-year-old Dennis Pringle in connection with a stabbing after he turned himself in Tuesday.

Pringle, of Manchester, surrendered to police following the issuance of a warrant for his arrest last week but was transported to a local hospital before he could be formally booked.

A new booking photo is not yet available as a result.

The arrest stems from an incident on July 27, when a man was found in a parking lot suffering from a stab wound.

The victim told police he had argued with another man, who pulled a pocket knife.

The confrontation escalated, and the victim was stabbed.

Pringle is charged with first degree assault and criminal threatening.
