MORRISTOWN — Members of the New York State Police arrested Austin D. Tyrrell, a 23-year-old resident of Baldwinsville, N.Y., for grand larceny in the third degree and criminal mischief on Aug. 2.

On May 11 at approximately 11:36 a.m., troopers responded to a larceny complaint on Point Comfort Road in the town of Morristown.

Their investigation revealed that Tyrrell, who was an employee of Dunk and Bright Furniture Store, had made a delivery to the victim’s residence on the same day the watch went missing.

Further inquiries indicated that Tyrrell had stolen a Panerai watch and had damaged it.
