FAIR HAVEN — Sheriff Brian Schenck reports that on July 22 at around 4:22 p.m., members of the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Craig G. Bazydlo, age 32, for assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor.
On June 29 at approximately 1:54 a.m., members of the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Little Sodus Inn in the Village of Fair Haven for a fight complaint.
It was found that a male suspect had used his fist to strike a female victim in the head.
Health care professionals later determined that the victim had sustained physical injury to her head due to this strike.
This male suspect was later identified as Craig G. Bazydlo.
Bazydlo was arrested and processed at the Public Safety Building where he was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Sterling Court on Aug. 13 at 6 p.m.
