2 arrested on domestic, vandalism charges in Hope Valley

HOPE VALLEY — Rhode Island State Police arrested two men on separate charges Tuesday at the Hope Valley Barracks.

At 1:26 p.m., troopers arrested Joseph Polouski, 55, of Webster, Massachusetts, for vandalism and willful trespass.

The arrest resulted from a barracks investigation and Polouski turning himself in to the Hope Valley Barracks.

Polouski was processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.

At 6:46 p.m., troopers arrested Mark Howard, 36, of Exeter, for domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

The arrest resulted from troopers responding to Hog House Hill Road in Exeter for a report of a domestic disturbance.

Howard was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a future Fourth Division District Court date.
