MILTON — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office charged Tina A. Coughlin, 47, of Milton with 55 counts of overdriving, torturing and injuring animals Thursday.
The charges are class A misdemeanors stemming from an incident at 185 Paisley Road in Milton.
Coughlin faces the same charges as her co-defendant Matthew A. Martone, who was charged earlier Thursday.
She was released on appearance tickets pending further proceedings in Milton Town Court.
