BALLSTON — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance call Sunday at 8:34 p.m. on Middle Line Road in the town of Ballston.
The investigation led to the arrest of Beverly A. Turner, 68, of Rensselaer, N.Y., on multiple charges.
Turner was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, all unclassified misdemeanors.
She also faces infractions for backing unsafely, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and refusal to take a prescreen breath test at the request of a police officer.
Turner is accused of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.19%.
She is also accused of backing her vehicle unsafely and failing to stop and exhibit her license and insurance identification card after being involved in a property damage collision.
Turner refused to take a prescreen breath test at the request of a police officer, according to authorities.
Turner was released on appearance tickets pending further proceedings in Ballston Town Court.
