Mount Hope police make 3 arrests in July

MOUNT HOPE — Three people were arrested on various charges during July, according to police.

Oliver M. Cutler, of Middletown, NY, was arrested on July 12 and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Cutler was also issued additional vehicle and traffic summonses.

He was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on Aug. 14.

Randy A. Wilson, of Huguenot, NY, was arrested on July 14 after being involved in a one-car motor vehicle accident.

Wilson was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor.

He was processed and released with an appearance ticket and additional vehicle and traffic summonses returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on Aug. 14.

Tina M. Depolito, of Montague, NJ, was arrested on July 18 and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Depolito was also issued additional vehicle and traffic summonses.

She was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on Aug. 26.
