HOPE VALLEY — Three men were arrested July 30 on charges ranging from drug trafficking to property damage, according to Rhode Island State Police.
Dylan Burdick, 19, of Coventry, was arrested by members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit and Hope Valley Barracks on one count of vandalism/malicious damage to property.
Burdick was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and arraigned in Third District Court, where he entered a nolo contendere plea that was accepted by Judge O’Neill.
The judge sentenced Burdick to a 1-year filing, restitution and issued a no trespass order.
In separate arrests, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested two men on drug charges.
Jose Velez, 35, of Providence, was charged with possession with intent to deliver 1 ounce to 1 kilogram of fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, and controlled substance conspiracy.
Carlos Lizardi, 40, of East Greenwich, faces identical charges: possession with intent to deliver 1 ounce to 1 kilogram of fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, and controlled substance conspiracy.
Both Velez and Lizardi were transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing and then to Sixth District Court for arraignment.
