BARNARD — Vermont State Police troopers located a stolen vehicle at a North Road residence at 8:14 p.m. Monday.
An investigation determined the vehicle was in possession of Howard E. Tatro, 44, of Tunbridge.
Tatro was issued a criminal citation for possession of stolen property.
He is scheduled to appear in court on the charge.
