ALBURG — A juvenile was cited for negligent operation after an ATV crash on Carle Street late Sunday night.
Vermont State Police troopers from the St. Albans Barracks responded to the crash at approximately 11:45 p.m. July 21.
Investigation revealed the juvenile operator had driven the ATV in a negligent manner, resulting in the crash.
The juvenile was issued a citation to appear in Grand Isle Superior Court on a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
