SAUGERTIES — A 33-year-old Hopewell Junction man was arrested on a weapon charge following a traffic stop Wednesday night.
The Saugerties Police Department arrested Elias Gandara Soto at about 9:25 p.m. July 23 in the Village of Saugerties.
Gandara Soto was charged with the misdemeanor of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
Gandara Soto is scheduled to appear in the Village of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
