FAIR HAVEN — Police arrested a 32-year-old Rutland woman July 28 after learning she was wanted on an arrest warrant.

Leanne L. Webster was located on Main Street at 2:25 p.m. and taken into custody by Fair Haven Police.

Webster was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by Judge Cortland Corsones of the Rutland District Court after she failed to appear in court July 21 for prior charges of domestic assault.

Police said Webster was also found in violation of a relief from abuse prevention order issued July 18 by Rutland Family Court.

The order prohibited Webster from having contact with the residence where she was located.

Webster was lodged at the Marble Valley Correctional Center.
