BRANDON — The autopsy has been completed on the deceased female located on Carver Street in Brandon.
She has been identified as Mary Coombs, age 53, of Brandon.
Currently the cause and manner of her death are pending, however her death does not appear to be suspicious at this time.
The investigation began at about 8:15 p.m. Sunday when police received a call from a resident at a home on Carver Street that an individual there had died.
First responders arrived and confirmed the individual was deceased.
Investigators initially treated the death as suspicious.
The investigation involved members of the Vermont State Police Major Crime Unit, Bureau of Criminal Investigations, Crime Scene Search Team, Field Force Division and Victim Services Unit.
