Manchester man arrested on public indecency charges at park, restaurant

MANCHESTER — The Manchester Police Department has arrested 26-year-old Nickholas Dizon of Manchester following two separate incidents in which he exposed himself to female victims on Friday, July 25.

The first incident occurred at approximately 9:30 a.m. in Center Springs Park.

A female victim reported that while she was walking in the park, a man, later identified as Dizon, exposed himself, made inappropriate comments, and followed her through the park and onto Main Street.

The victim entered a nearby business on Main Street to seek safety and assistance.

Dizon eventually left the area, and the incident was later reported to the police.

While officers were actively investigating the first incident, a second report was received around 4:30 p.m. from an employee at the Hungry Tiger Café and Restaurant.

The employee stated that a male suspect had exposed himself outside the restaurant.

The victim confronted the suspect and asked him to leave, then called the police.

Officers responded and located Dizon a short distance away at the CVS Pharmacy.

He was taken into custody and identified as the suspect in both incidents.

Nickholas Dizon has been charged with Breach of Peace in the Second Degree (2 counts), Public Indecency (2 counts), Stalking in the Second Degree, and Interfering with Police.

He is currently being held on a $250,000 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned at Manchester Superior Court on Monday, July 28.
