3 arrested at Hope Valley barracks on various charges

HOPE VALLEY — Troopers arrested Jeff Milien, age 34, of 19 Franklin Street, Medway, Massachusetts at approximately 11 a.m. for an affidavit and arrest warrant for reckless driving, drag racing and eluding police, first offense.

The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the suspect turning himself into Fourth Division District Court.

Milien was arraigned and then later processed at the Hope Valley Barracks.

At 11:25 p.m., troopers arrested David Agneta, age 46, of 43 Essex Court, Norristown, Pennsylvania for possession of a stolen motor vehicle.

The arrest was the result of troopers responding to a disabled motor vehicle on Route 95 South in the town of Exeter.

Agneta was transported to the Hope Valley barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.

At 1:01 a.m., troopers arrested Raymond Marr, age 45, of 13 Mapledale Street, Coventry on an active Superior Court full bench warrant for a technical violation on the original charges of two counts of first degree child molestation originating out of the Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of Marr turning himself in to the Hope Valley Barracks.

Marr was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men’s Intake Center where he will be held pending arraignment.
