DUNDEE — A 23-year-old Dundee man was arrested Friday morning on a drug possession charge stemming from a May incident.
Izayah N. Dillon was arrested at 9:59 a.m. at Oakwood Estates in Dundee on a charge of criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrest was related to an incident that occurred May 17 in the Town of Jerusalem.
Dillon was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Town of Jerusalem Court at a later date.
