OLEAN — A 33-year-old woman was arrested on Adams Street by patrol officers on an indictment warrant charging her with multiple felony drug offenses.
Chelsea Tarr was charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, all Class B felonies.
The charges stem from allegations that Tarr sold fentanyl within the city limits.
The indictment resulted from an investigation conducted by the Street Crimes Unit.
Tarr was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail to await arraignment.
