FAIR HAVEN — Fair Haven Police arrested a 54-year-old Shoreham man June 16 after stopping him for a motor vehicle violation.
Police stopped Darryl A. Davis at 8:10 p.m. for an expired registration on Main Street.
Upon interview, police learned Davis was under criminal suspension to operate a motor vehicle for failing to have an interlock device.
Davis was also found to be in possession of narcotics at the time of the stop.
Davis was arrested and released to appear in Rutland District Court on a later date.
