HORSEHEADS — Ronica J. Fantigrossi, 29, of Rochester was arrested on July 22 for petit larceny at a Kohls store in the Town of Horseheads.
According to the police, Fantigrossi was charged with petit larceny, a Class B misdemeanor, after allegedly stealing merchandise from the store.
Fantigrossi was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Horseheads Town Court at a later date.
