MONTGOMERY — Vermont State Police are searching for a missing 16-year-old girl who was last seen at a swimming hole on Vincent’s Bridge Road on July 22.
Reese Hawkins of St. Albans was reported as a runaway juvenile to the Vermont State Police St. Albans Barracks at approximately 11:28 p.m.
Hawkins was last known to be with a group of friends at the swimming hole before leaving the area in a vehicle with a friend.
Police believe she was taken to an unknown location in the Burlington or Starksboro area.
Hawkins is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall and 120 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen wearing a pink and white halter top and grey cotton shorts.
The incident does not appear suspicious, though police have concerns for Hawkins’ welfare.
