SYOSSET — A 42-year-old Queens Village man was arrested Friday morning on charges of public lewdness and stalking following incidents in Syosset and Jericho.
Ryan Paul Sabin was taken into custody at approximately 3:40 a.m. in New Hyde Park without incident, according to Nassau County police.
The arrest stems from an incident that occurred Wednesday, July 16 at 8:12 p.m. in a parking lot on Michael Drive in Syosset.
Police said a 27-year-old woman observed Sabin standing outside his vehicle with his pants down, exposing himself.
The same victim observed Sabin again early the next morning before he fled the scene, according to detectives.
Officers were notified and launched an investigation that led to Sabin’s identification.
Police said further investigation revealed Sabin was also responsible for another public lewdness incident that occurred Wednesday, May 28 in Jericho.
Sabin was charged with two counts of public lewdness and one count of fourth-degree stalking.
