ROCKLAND — Police arrested a 39-year-old Rockland man July 21 on several counts of criminal mischief and violation of conditions of release.
Devon McMahan was charged in connection with incidents that occurred on or around July 14 and July 21 involving damage to several vehicles, according to the Rockland Police Department.
At the time of his arrest, McMahan was out on three sets of bail, including a prior felony charge of criminal mischief for a series of vandalisms done to vehicles and homes in March.
