WILLIAMSTOWN — Vermont State Police arrested a South Barre man on charges of aggravated assault and unlawful mischief following a dispute at Green Mountain Auto Spa on July 16.
Rossignol Dery, 55, was taken into custody after police received a report of the incident at 8:37 a.m.
The victim was identified as Chris Dessureau, 51, of Williamstown.
Police processed Dery at the Berlin State Police Barracks and released him with a citation.
Dery is scheduled to appear in Orange County Superior Court Criminal Division on Aug. 6 at 8:30 a.m.
