MAIDSTONE — Two people suffered minor injuries in a head-on collision on Vermont Route 102 on July 20 at 5:40 p.m.
Jakub Grimard, 21, of Littleton, New Hampshire, was driving a 2018 Nissan Altima when he crossed the center line into oncoming traffic, according to Vermont State Police.
Grimard’s vehicle collided with a 2018 Ram 3500 driven by Jessica Valliere, 27, of Stewartston, New Hampshire.
Both vehicles were totaled in the crash.
Grimard was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the collision, while Valliere was wearing hers, police said.
Both drivers sustained minor injuries but did not require hospitalization.
Road conditions were dry and weather was clear at the time of the crash.
Grimard was issued a ticket for driving on roadways laned for traffic under Vermont Civil Violation Complaint 7102751 T23 VSA 1038.
