BOLIVAR — Village of Bolivar Police charged a Wellsville man with criminal contempt on July 20.
Michael S. McDonald, 44, was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, a misdemeanor.
McDonald was initially held at the Allegany County Jail pending an appearance at CAP Court.
New York State Police assisted Bolivar Police in the case.
