PROVIDENCE — Troopers arrested Samila Andrade, age 35, of 214 Japonica Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island at 12:45 p.m. on multiple charges.
Andrade was arrested on an affidavit and arrest warrant for domestic simple assault originating from the Providence Police Department.
She also faced a Sixth District bench warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving with expired registration from the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks.
Additionally, Andrade was arrested on a Third District bench warrant for failure to appear for pretrial conference on a charge of driving with expired license from the State Police Wickford Barracks.
The arrest resulted from a motor vehicle stop on Sheridan Street in Providence.
Andrade was transported to the Scituate Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
