WINOOSKI — Three vehicles crashed on Interstate 89 southbound near mile marker 90 Wednesday morning, with no injuries reported.
The crash occurred at 10:04 a.m. under clear weather conditions on dry roads, according to Vermont State Police.
Tracie Thon, 48, of Colchester, was driving a 2024 Nissan Ariya when she followed too closely behind a 2007 Volvo XC70 operated by Anthony Pellegrino, 27, of Milton.

The impact caused Pellegrino’s vehicle to crash into a 2020 Ford Bronco driven by Justin Zigrossi, 35, of Moores, New York.
All three operators were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
Thon’s vehicle sustained front-end damage, while Pellegrino’s car had both front-end and rear-end damage.
Zigrossi’s vehicle had rear-end damage.
Troopers from the Williston Barracks responded to the scene.
The Winooski Fire Department and UVM EMS assisted with the crash response.
