SAND LAKE — State Police arrested Todd J. Hoch, 56, of Sand Lake, on July 11 for criminal mischief in the third degree, menacing in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and harassment in the second degree.
Troopers responded to a home in Sand Lake at about 8:37 p.m. July 11 for reports of a disturbance.
The investigation determined Hoch and the victim were involved in an altercation.
During the argument, Hoch allegedly discharged a BB gun, striking the victim’s vehicle that they were hiding behind and causing more than $250 worth of damage.
Hoch was arrested at the scene and transported to State Police Sand Lake for processing.
He was arraigned at Nassau Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
