SPRINGFIELD — The Springfield Police Department cited a Chester man for allegedly violating a restraining order on June 27.
Charles Wolfenbarger, 36, was issued a citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit on June 30 at 12:30 p.m.
Police received a report of the alleged violation of an abuse prevention order on June 27.
The incident was investigated by Officers Fitzgibbons and Watson.
