MONSEY — A 21-year-old Spring Valley man was arrested Tuesday in connection with a burglary and criminal mischief at a Monsey business.
The Ramapo Police Department responded to the business Sunday for a report of damage and a past burglary.
Patrol officers and detectives conducted investigative work that led to the identification of the suspect.
The man was arrested Tuesday on charges of burglary in the third degree and criminal mischief in the third degree.
He was arraigned by Village of Airmont Judge Straus.
The defendant was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return to Ramapo Court on a future date.
