Providence man arrested on bench warrant in Scituate

SCITUATE — Troopers arrested Brian Gilbert, age 47, of 17 Longmont Street, Apt. 2., Providence, Rhode Island, on Monday, July 14, at 2:54 p.m. for a Third District Court bench warrant.

The warrant was issued for failure to appear for pretrial conference on a charge of larceny less than $1,500 originating from the Warwick Police Department.

Gilbert was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed.

He was later transported to the Adult Correctional Center-Men’s Intake.
