DUMMERSTON — Vermont State Police arrested a 45-year-old Brookline man on a DUI charge after his vehicle went off the roadway Saturday night.
Police dispatch was notified at approximately 10:59 p.m. July 12 of a vehicle off the roadway in the area of US Route 5 and Middle Road.
Troopers responded to the scene and determined that Robert Ciliento had been operating a 2021 Ram 2500 that left the roadway.
Ciliento was arrested and transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing.
He was later released with a criminal citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on July 29 at 8:30 a.m.
