FAIRFAX — Vermont State Police cited a 41-year-old St. Albans man for driving under the influence of drugs after his vehicle was found stopped in the middle of Route 104 on July 14.
Police were notified at approximately 1 p.m. of a motor vehicle stopped in the roadway on Route 104 near Bessette Road.
The operator was identified as Tyler Lothian.
Troopers said Lothian showed signs of impairment while they spoke with him.
Lothian was processed for DUI drugs and released with a citation to appear at Franklin County Superior Court on Sept. 22 at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the charge.
