MIDDLETOWN SPRINGS — Vermont State Police arrested a 26-year-old woman on a domestic assault charge following a family fight on South Street early Monday morning.
Hope M. Tupper of Middletown Springs was taken into custody at approximately 4:40 a.m. July 14 after troopers from the Rutland Barracks responded to the incident.
Police said their investigation determined that Tupper caused pain and/or injury to a family and/or household member.
Tupper was transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing.
She was later taken to Vermont Superior Court, Rutland Criminal Division on the charge.
