MALONE — New York State Police arrested 19-year-old Elijah M. Labrake from Malone on July 10 on charges of menacing in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police responded to a trespass complaint on Windmill Lane in the town of Malone on June 30 at approximately 3:48 p.m.
The investigation revealed that Labrake and the victim had engaged in a verbal argument, during which Labrake brandished a knife and made threatening remarks toward the juvenile victim.
He then attempted to open the victim’s door.
Once Labrake realized the door was locked and he could not enter, he left the premises.
Labrake was subsequently located, arrested, and taken to SP Malone for processing.
He was arraigned in the Town of Malone Court and released on his own recognizance.
