OLEAN — A 45-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding indictment warrant for selling crack cocaine in the city.
Justin T. Spencer was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, both Class B felonies.
Spencer was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail and held without bail.
The arrest resulted from an investigation by the Street Crimes unit, according to the Olean Police Department.
