SOUTH WINDSOR — Police arrested a 28-year-old East Hartford man Wednesday on an active arrest warrant for disorderly conduct.
Cody B. Farley was taken into custody at 10:50 a.m. July 9.
The charge stems from an April incident in which Farley was intoxicated and fought several people at a South Windsor residence.
Farley was processed and presented Thursday at Manchester Superior Court.
He was already in state custody for charges from other jurisdictions.
