RUTLAND — Police are seeking a 39-year-old Rutland man who failed to appear in court on a breaking and entering charge.
David Bolduc is accused of breaking into a residence in May and subsequently failing to appear for his court date, according to the Rutland Police Department.
Bolduc’s last known address is 1 Highland Park in Rutland.
Police are asking anyone with information about Bolduc’s whereabouts to contact the Rutland Police Department at 508-886-4033, their local police department, or email Detective DeSousa at [email protected].
Authorities warn the public not to attempt to apprehend Bolduc.
