CLARENDON — Vermont State Police arrested a 24-year-old woman on a domestic assault charge Wednesday morning.
Troopers from the Rutland Barracks responded to a reported domestic disturbance at a Clarendon residence at approximately 6:25 a.m. July 9.
The investigation determined that Haley Lafayette assaulted a household family member, causing physical pain.
Lafayette was taken into custody and later released at Rutland Superior Court – Criminal Division.
