SYRACUSE — Members of the Auburn Police Department with assistance from the Syracuse Police Department arrested Rebecca Stevens on June 23 on warrants issued from Auburn City Court and Cayuga County Court.
Stevens was arrested at 126 West Calthrop Ave. for an incident that occurred Nov. 27, 2020.
Syracuse police picked up Stevens and turned her over to Auburn police officers.
Rebecca M. Stevens was charged with possession of a forged instrument in the first degree, a class C felony from Auburn City Court.
She was also charged with assault in the second degree, a class D felony from Cayuga County Court.
Stevens was transported to Auburn Police Department where she was processed on the charges.
She was held pending arraignment.
