WARE — The Ware Police Department arrested a local man Thursday following a disturbance involving a firearm.
Tyler Counter of Ware was charged with carrying a firearm without a license and two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon.
Counter was released on $750 bail Thursday.
He was arraigned Monday at Eastern Hampshire District Court in Belchertown.
