Tioga County sheriff arrests 2 in separate incidents

OWEGO — The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people in separate incidents in late June, according to a press release issued July 7.

Michael Ogden, 37, of Newark Valley, was arrested June 28 on charges of criminal mischief in the third degree, aggravated family offense, endangering the welfare of a child and obstruction of governmental administration.

The charges resulted from an investigation into a domestic dispute.

Ogden was arraigned in CAP Court on June 29 and was released on his own recognizance to appear at a later date in the Town of Newark Valley Court.

In a separate incident, Kimberley Wolf, 58, of Yuma, Arizona, was arrested June 30 on charges of menacing in the second degree and reckless endangerment in the second degree.

The charges resulted from an investigation into a disturbance in the Town of Newark Valley.

Wolf was arraigned in CAP Court before Justice Bogart and was released.

She is scheduled to reappear before Justice Shaffer on July 10 in the Town of Newark Valley Court.
