MALTA — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a homeless woman Saturday on a bench warrant issued by the Malta Town Court charging her with bail jumping in the 2nd degree, a class E felony.
Carmela M. DiCicco is accused of failing to appear personally on the required date or voluntarily within 30 days thereafter in connection with a felony charge against her after being allowed to remain at liberty by the Court.
She was arraigned before the Honorable Ellwood A. Sloat Jr. in the Malta Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
