BOSTON — A 32-year-old Bourne man who had been missing since Friday evening has been located safely, Boston police said.
Matthew Gray was last seen at approximately 8:34 p.m. July 4 in the area of the Esplanade.
Police had issued a public appeal for help locating Gray, describing him as a white male with brown hair and a full beard, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing around 100 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a black basketball jersey, bright yellow shorts and black Adidas sneakers.
The Boston Police Department had been actively working to locate Gray and had urged anyone with information to call 911 or contact District D-4 Detectives at (617) 343-4250.
Police announced that Gray has been found and requested the public cancel the missing person alert.
