SOUTH WINDSOR — South Windsor Police arrested Doris M. Dougan, 56, and Kyle J. Dougan, 58, both of South Windsor, on active arrest warrants Thursday at 7:40 p.m.
Their charges stem from a domestic violence incident in May in which both parties actively fought with one another.
Both parties were taken into custody and processed and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and are scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court this morning at 9 a.m.
In a separate incident Sunday at 2:17 a.m., South Windsor Police arrested Elizabeth A. Callan, 49, of Waterford.
Police responded to an unwanted person complaint.
During the investigation it was determined Callan was in possession of drug paraphernalia and fentanyl.
Callan was taken into custody and processed and held on a $75,000 surety bond.
She is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court this morning at 9 a.m.
