LINCOLN — Rhode Island State Police arrested Steven Alvarez Gutierrez, 29, of Central Falls, at 11:15 p.m. Sunday after a motor vehicle stop on Grace Street in Pawtucket.
Police said the arrest was made on the basis of an affidavit and arrest warrant for domestic felony assault and domestic disorderly conduct.
The charges originated from the North Providence Police Department.
Alvarez Gutierrez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks.
He was then turned over to the North Providence Police Department.
