CHITTENDEN — A 32-year-old Rutland City man was arrested May 28 for allegedly violating an abuse prevention order at Chittenden Dam.
Vermont State Police received a report at approximately 10:03 a.m. of the violation.
Through investigation, troopers determined that Dylan Bresnick had violated an active Relief from Abuse Order.
Bresnick was located, placed under arrest, and transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing.
He was released with a citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court-Rutland Criminal Division on July 7 at 10:30 a.m. to answer to the charge of violation of an abuse prevention order.
